Hello and welcome

My name is Chiara, I am a qualified Counsellor and run my own private practice in the Bristol area. I also offer remote sessions.

My core belief is that Counselling can make a difference. Not only have I experienced this personally, but I have been humbled to witness in others; personal change, growth and self-awareness come to life.

What I currently offer

I run my own private Counselling practice in Bristol and remotely via online sessions. The way I work is very much orientated towards helping you recognise your own life and behaviour patterns and how this impacts your relationship with yourself - as well as how it translates to external relationships with others.

I have a keen interest in promoting independence and helping you promote your own. I am here to help you reconnect with your life and my hope for you is that you may develop or re-establish a connection through meaning and a sense of purpose, to create peace and fulfilment within.

I provide a safe space where we can look at the above and I invite you to heal in your journey of self-discovery.
I place a huge amount of value in giving you the time to tell your story, being heard and to realise how healing this can be.

I also hold an interest in psychoeducation, offering you a chance to understand yourself psychologically, assisting the understanding of your own life and what this means in your terms.

I wish to understand you, to meet you and help you make sense of your inner world.

I have therapy sessions available across Bristol for people of all ages. Please get in touch to discuss further.

The Value of Counselling

There are many unique reasons why people seek Counselling which is different for everybody. Counselling can be a way to look at yourself and your life more closely or a way to get support with difficulties. It may also be a place to share what you are going through and a way to tell your story in a safe place.

I realise life can be challenging in many respects. This is why I want to wholeheartedly offer you my time and commitment. I aim to provide a safe space where you can tell your story and be heard.

I have encountered the human potential for growth that is created through Counselling. Ultimately, change and self-awareness can enhance your quality of life.

I recognise the value of slowing down and sitting with someone in a caring, non-judgmental way. Having a professional as a witness to your world can be an invaluable experience that stays with you.

What I can offer you

I offer a safe space for our therapy sessions. Each session is 50 minutes long, and most clients come once a week. I have experience with long and short term Counselling. Please get in touch to discuss further.
